Abstract

65 year old woman four years ago underwent mastectomy for left breast cancer patientsreceived radiotherapy later. The patient was admitted our hospital due to complaint of pain inthe left side of the surgical incision site. There was mass approximately 2cm in which lefthemithorax. Surgical resection was performed and pathological investigation was resulted asschwannoma.

Özet

Olgu 4 yıl önce sol meme kanseri nedeniyle mastektomi yapılmış ve radyoterapi almış idi.Hastanemize sol göğsünde cerrahi insizyon alanında ağrı şikayeti ile başvurdu. Solhemitoraksta yaklaşık 2cm lik ele gelen kitle tespit edildi. Cerrahi rezeksiyon yapıldı. Patolojisonucu schwannoma olarak geldi.
