Serebellar Hemisferlerin Değişik Alanlarında Yerleşen Ender Görülen Rekürren Enterogenöz Kist

Rare Recurrent Enterogenous Cyst Located in Different Areas of Cerebellar Hemisphere

Abstract

Enterogenous cysts are rare congenital anomalies. The great majority of them are located inthe spinal canal, mediastinum and abdominal cavity, but it is extremely rare locating incerebellar hemisphere. To our knowledge, there had been only a few cases located in this areareported in the literature, but it has not been reported about recurrent ones in cerebellarhemisphere, especially in different areas before and after recurrence. We herein presented aquite rare case of recurrent enterogenous cyst of cerebellar hemisphere. Considering the harmof cysts in cerebellar hemisphere, we should pay more attention to them, especially torecurrent ones.

Özet

Enterogenöz kistler ender görülen kongenital anomalilerdir. Büyük çoğunluğu spinal kanaliçersinde, medastende ve karın boşluğunda yerleşirler. Serebellum içersinde bulunmaları sonderecede enderdir. Bildiğimize göre bu lokalizasyonda yalnızca birkaç olgu literatürdebildirilmiş olmakla birlikte nüks eden ve özellikle önce ve sonra değişik yerlerde rekürrensvakası rapor edilmemiştir. Oldukça ender görülen rekürren bir serebellar enterogenöz kistolgusu bildirilmekteyiz. Bu kistlerin serebellar hemisferlere olan hasarı düşünüldüğünde,özellikle nüks edenlere, daha çok dikkat etmemiz gerekir.
