Determining the Payment Priority for the Suppliers That Are Grouped on A Sectoral Basis with the MCMD

Abstract

In most of the manufacturing firms, the features that offer goods or services should be directed to the payments based on their current accounts. In order for companies to continue their production and activities, it is important to make supplier payments with a limited budget. In this section, it is aimed to use a scientific model to change the decision to list payments to suppliers in a healthy way. Supplier payments of an enterprise are gathered under nine main alternative titles based on expert opinions. Using the AHP, TOPSIS and Fuzzy MOORA problem solving methods, which are among the multi-criteria decision-making methods, the most appropriate payment order was tried to be determined in supplier payment selections. According to the findings obtained; In the alternative value ranking, "raw materials" take the first place and "consultancy services" take the last place. The study determines the ordering of supplier payment choices and makes suggestions and thus provides an idea to the business. Similar automotive companies can use this study as an example to make their own payment choices.

Özet

Üretim yapan işletmelerin birçoğunda mal ya da hizmet sunan tedarikçi firmaların cari hesaplarına istinadenödeme yönlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Firmaların üretim ve faaliyetlerine devam edebilmesi için kısıtlı birbütçe ile tedarikçi ödemelerinin yapılması önem kazanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, tedarikçilere yapılacaködemelerin sıralanması kararının sağlıklı bir şekilde yapılabilmesinin bilimsel bir model yardımı ilebelirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bir işletmenin tedarikçi ödemeleri, uzman görüşlerine dayalı olarak dokuz anaalternatif başlık altında toplanmaktadır. Bir işletmeye ait tedarikçi ödemeleri seçimi, uzman görüşlerialınarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden AHP, TOPSIS ve BulanıkMOORA problem çözüm yöntemleri kullanılarak, tedarikçi ödeme seçimlerinde en uygun ödeme sıralamasıbelirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; alternatif değer sıralamasında ilk sırayı “hammadde”,son sırayı ise “danışmanlık hizmetleri” almaktadır.Çalışma, tedarikçi ödeme seçimlerinin sıralanmasını belirleyerek öneride bulunmakta ve bu sayede işletmeyebir fikir sunmaktadır. Benzer otomotiv firmaları kendi ödeme seçimlerini yapabilmek için bu çalışmayıörnek olarak kullanabilir.
