Distribution of Rhodeus amarus (Bloch, 1782) (Teleostei: Acheilognathidae) in Turkey

Abstract
The present study aims to reveal the current distribution area of Rhodeusamarus in the freshwaters of Turkey. The survey was conducted between 2004-2019 from56 sampling locations. Also, it was made a detailed literature research. R. amarus isdistributed in rivers and streams flowing into the Black, Aegean, Marmara, Caspian Seabasins, and some lake basins in Anatolia.
Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı Rhodeus amarus türünün Türkiye iç sularındaki güncel dağılımını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışma 2004-2009 yıllarında yürütülmüş ve balık numuneleri 56 farklı lokasyondan toplanmıştır. Ayrıca, detaylı bir literatür araştırması da yapılmıştır. R. amarus türü Anadolu'daki bazı göller ve Karadeniz, Ege, Marmara, Hazar Denizi havzalarına dökülen nehir ve akarsularda dağılım gösterir.
