The histopathologic features of the ovarian juvenile granulosa cell tumor: A case report

Abstract
Juvenile granulosa cell tumor is a variant of granulosa cell tumor and is rarely seen. It manifests itself in the first two decades of life, with characteristic histological features. Only the clinical stage at the time of diagnosis is believed to be of prognostic significance.In this case report, we have presented a 14-years-old girl with ovarian juvenile granulosa cell tumor by reviewing the relevant literature. Recurrence of tumor has not been accured in three years.
Özet
Juvenil granüloza hücreli tümör, granüloza hücreli tümörün bir varyantıdır. Nadir görülür. Yaşamın ilk iki dekadında gözlenir ve karakteristik histolojik görünümü mevcuttur. Prognozu sadece tanı sırasında tespit edilen klinik evrenin belirlediği kabul edilmektedir.Bu çalışmada, biz 14 yaşında kız hastada sol overde lokalize evre IA juvenil granüloza hücreli tümör olgusunu ilgili kaynakları gözden geçirerek sunduk. Üç yıldır takip altında olan hastada tümör tekrarı saptanmadı.
