Özet

The offence of petty theft in the Article 141 of TCK (Turkish Penal Code) is regulated as counterpart to Article132 of the Military Penal Code (AsCK) fort he case that this offence is committed between military personel. The elenments, characteristic and features of this type of crime will be our research topic in our article.
