The seconder hiperparathyroidism and the parathyroid's ultrasonography in chronic renal failure

Abstract

In this study; it has been searched the 30 patients which are using the programmes of Hemodialysis Center in our Hospital,the search have been done as hyperparathyroidism. As ultrasonographyc parathyroid hiperplasia condemned in 7 process : PTH, Alcalen phosphates and phosphor levels have been found as meaning full as statical level. So the Parathyroid Ultrasonography has found easy and economical, it has not any separate effects and contrendi-cations, it can be repeat in many times and its sensitive and specifietes in higher levels, and because of this reasons it is easy to follow in chronic renal failure's seconder hyperparathyroidism progress and at the result it has thought, that it is a routin proces as watching the hyperparathyroidism progres. Apart from this in the patients which has found the symptoms of the parathyroidectomy endication, and the risk whichs higher level as medical operation , it has found that is a suitable treatment in the using of the etanol injection and this was the second result.

Özet

Bu çalışmada hastanemiz Hemodializ Merkezinde sürekli programa giren 30 hasta sekonder hiperparatiroİdizm yönünden incelendi. Ultrasonografik paratiroid hiperpla/isi tespit edilen 7 olguda; PTH, Alkalen Fosfotaz ve serum fosfor düzeyleri istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ölçüde yüksek bulundu. Böylece paratiroid ultrasonografisinin kolay ve ekonomik olması, hiçbir yan etki ve kontrendikasyonu bulunmaması, tekrarlanabilirliği sensitivite ve spesivitesinin yüksek olması nedeniyle KBY de sekonder Hiperparatirodizm progresyonunu izlemek açısından rutin bir yöntem olabileceği sonucuna varıldı. Ayrıca para-tiroidektomi endikasyonu konan fakat cerrahi riski yüksek hastalarda ultra-sonografi altında etanol enjeksiyonunun seçilebilir bir tedavi olabileceği ikinci bir sonuç oldu.
