A case of intrahepatic portal vein aneurysm

Abstract
Vein aneurysm are rare and are mostly found in the neck region and distal extremities. They can also be localised to the spleno-mesenterica-portal tract. As plortal aneurysm, 15 cases are mentioned in literature until 1991. As a rare form, our case of good example and was evaluated with different radiologic modalites. The patient was refered to out institution from a perifery hospital.
Özet
Venöz anevrizmalar nadir olup sıklıkla boyun ve alt ekstremitelere görülür. Bazen spleno-mesentcrik-portal traktüse yerleşebilir. Portal anevrizma, literatürde 1991'e dek 15 olgu yayınlanmıştır. Nadir olan portal yerleşimin, nadir bir formu olan intrahepatik portal anevrizma için olgumuz iyi bir örnek olup farklı radyolojik modalitelerdeki görünümleri elde olunmuştur. Olgu hastanemize US için gönderilmiştir.
