Abstract
Amyloidosis localized to the sinonasal tract is rarely seen form of localized amyloidosis. Amyloidosis progresses slowly and stays subclinic a long time. Patients comes with nasal obstruction and epistaxis symptoms due to nasal mass. The accurate diagnosis established by histopathologic study of the surgical specimen. This article was reported because of rarity of the disease and we should consider it in the differential diagnosis of sinonasal masses.
Özet
Sinonazal amiloidoz çok nadir görülen bir lokalize amiloidoz Sformudur. Nazal amiloidoz yavaş ilerler ve klinik olarak uzun süre gizli kalır. Kitle etkisine bağlı nazal obstrüksiyon ve epistaksis gibi semptomlarla karşımıza çıkar. Kesin tanı patolojik inceleme ile konur. Vaka nadir görülmesi ve sinonazal kitlelerde ayırıcı tanıda akılda bulundurulması gerektiği için sunulmuştur.
