Abstract

In our research 120 Wistar Albino rats, 60 of which were male and the rest 60 female, were used. Serum ferrum, transferrin, amount of erythrocytes, hematocrit value and G6PD were determined by getting blood samples from the animals, which a dosage of 4 J/ cm2 UVB ray had been applied on for 4 weeks, both before and after the application. While the samples obtained before the UVB ray application were accepted as the control group, the ones abtained after the UVB were accepted as the experimental group. Araştırmada 60 dişi, 60 erkek olmak üzere toplam 120 adet Wistar ırkı Albino sıçan kullanıldı. Dört hafta süreyle 4 J/ cm2 dozda UVB ışını uygulanan hayvanlarda uygulama öncesi ve sonrasında kan alınarak serum demir ile transferrin miktarları, eritrosit sayısı, hematokrit değer ve eritrosit glukoz 6 fosfat dehidrogenaz (G6PD) düzeyi belirlendi. UVB ışını öncesinde alınan örnekler kontrol, sonrasında elde edilen örnekler ise deneme grubu olarak değerlendirildi.
