Problem of transferring SHÇEK s country organization to Special provincial administration

Abstract
The issues within the social service, are at both of the most important debates of politics and societyas well. The transfer of provincial structure of SHÇEK to the special provincial administrationaccompanies these debates. Despite this implementetion has great effects on society just like associal service employees, there has a lack of concern on the issue. This study aims at discussing thepotential effects and consequences of the aforementioned transfer policy.
Özet
Sosyal hizmet alanına giren konular, siyasetin de toplumun da en önemli tartışma konularındanbirisidir. SHÇEKin taşra teşkilatının il özel idaresine devri de bu tartışmalara eşlik etmiştir. Bukarar sosyal hizmet çalışanlarını olduğu kadar toplumu da yakından ilgilendiren bir konu olmasınarağmen, bu devir işleminin gereği gibi tartışıldığı söylenemez. Bu çalışma ile kurumun taşrateşkilatının il özel idaresine devrinin getireceği sonuçlar tartışılacaktır.
