A research on harvesting operations which are made with power-saw

Abstract

In this study, work and time studies were carried out to be found the productivity of power-saws using in harvesting which is made according to assortment method. The effectual factors on productivity at working with power-saw, felling damage to surroundings trees and factors on felling damage level have been brought out. Ât the end of work-time studies and analysis, mean productivity value at working with power-saw has been estimated. Operation phases most effective on total time were determined as felling and bucking. The factors most important on total time have been determined as timber amount of felling tree and volume of stem.

Özet

Bu çalışmada, tomruk metoduna göre yapılan üretim faaliyetlerinde kullanılan motorlu testerelerin çalışma veriminin bulunması amacıyla, işzaman etüdleri yapılmıştır. Motorlu testere ile çalışmada verime etkili faktörler ile kesilip devrilen ağaçların çevredeki ağaçlara verdiği hasar ve bu hasarın derecesine etkili etmenler de ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan iş-zaman etüdü ve analizler sonucunda, motorlu testere ile çalışmada ortalama verim bulunmuş, toplam zaman üzerinde en fazla süreyi kesme ve tomruklama iş safhalarının aldığı belirlenmiştir. Toplam zaman değerine etki eden en önemli etmenlerin, kesilen ağacın bölündüğü parça sayısı ve dikili kabuklu gövde hacmi değerleri olduğu bulunmuştur.
