Abstract
In this paper we report a case of spontaneous mediastinal and subcutaneous emphysemia attending the Department of Pediatrics, Trakya University, School of Medicine with the complaint of chest pain and dyspnea in order to emphasize that spontaneous mediastinal emphysema must be considered in cases presenting with similar symptoms
Özet
Trakya Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları servisine ani başlayan göğüs ağrısı ve dispne şikayetleri ile başvuran spontan mediastinal amfizem ve subkutan amfizem tanısı alan bir olgu, göğüs ağrıların ayırıcı tanısında düşünülmesi gereğini vurgulamak amacı ile sunulmuştur.
