Abstract
SUMMARY Homicidal crime patterns in juvenile period. 16 minors with in the 11-15 age group tried for murder or for intent to murder in the Istanbul Juvenile Courts during 1994 were evaluated both according to their personal attributes such as sex, education, occupation and criminal history and mental comprehension of crime as well as social and envtromental factors such as family structure, the education and occupation of parents, their income levels and the number of their off spring which are also believed to affect the homicidal crimes and the nature of their execution.
Özet
1994 yılında İstanbul Çocuk Mahkemeleri'nde adam öldürme ve adam öldürmeye teşebbüs suçları nedeniyle yargılanan 11-15 yaş grubu toplam 16 çocuğun yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim ve meslek durumları, suç öyküleri, farik ve mümeyyizlik durumları gibi özellikleri ile aile yapısı, ebeveynlerinin eğitim ve meslek durumları, ailede çocuk sayısı, gelir düzeyi gibi sosyal çevre özellikleri incelenerek homosidal suçlarda etkili olan faktörler ve suçların işleniş şekli irdelenmiştir.
