Statistical evaluation of immunoglobulin levels in allergic cases

Abstract
The aim of this study was to show the combined effects of several variables -such as duration of breastfeeding, the level of the total IgA and IgE- on allergic cases were investigated. A sample of 1000 allergic cases (allergic bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis), selected by systematic sampling method in a population of over 5000 was analyzed for this purpose.
Özet
Çalışmada, allerjik olgularda etken olabilecek anne sütü alım süresi, total IgA ve IgE değerleri gibi parametreler birlikte incelenmiş ve allerjinin oluşumu üzerine etkilerinin gösterilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, ana yığınımızı oluşturan olgular arasından allerji tanısı (allerjik bronşiyal astım, allerjik rinit, atopik dermetit) konmuş yaşları 0-180 ay arasında değişen sistematik örneklemeyle seçilen, 1000 olguya ait veri incelenmiştir.
