$beta$ ve $gamma$-melanotropinin etkilerinin konformasyon yöntemi ile incelenmesi

Abstract

On the basis of the mechanical model the structure problems of hormone-receptor interactions, deals melanotropins are considered. The investigation of the conformational possibilities and analyses of structure organization of $beta$ - and $gamma$ - melanotropins, having common functions, indicates that in optimal conformations of this molecules the central site, N- and C-terminus segments are close in space, which provides to them identical steric structure. An $alpha$ - spiral of the polypeptide chain was revealed on the "common fragment" and the data of it's biology activity allow think this segment as active centre provided specify of melanotropin-receptor interaction.

Özet

Mekanik modele dayanarak melanotropinlerin yapı problemleri incelenmiştir. Söz konusu ($beta$- ve $gamma$- melanotropinlerin, N- ve C- terminal parçalarının ve orta kısmının basamaklı incelenmesidir. İnceleme sonucu me-lanotropin-reseptör etkileşmesinin $alpha$ - spiral yapıya bağlı olduğu saptanmıştır.
