Abstract
The mechanism of folding of BPTI molecule on the basis of the theoretical calculations was suggested. The point mutation of neighbouring with $Lys^{15}$ aminoacid residues by Gly has been carried out. It was assumed that in spite of main integrity functionality of $Lys^{15}$ the BPTI molecule is losed activity when $Gly^{12}-Val^{34}$ fragment loss its complementarity to the trypcine structure.
Özet
Moleküler mekanik metoduna dayanarak protein zincirinin uzaysal katlanması incelenmiştir. $Lys^{15}$ hariç olmak üzere, bunun etrafında nokta mutasyon yapılarak, (3-dönüş yapısının karakterini kaybettiği ve bu nedenden dolayı BPTİ molekülünün fizyolojik aktivitesini kaybettiği saptanmıştır.
