The flora of the research forest of Faculty of Forestry University of Istanbul

Abstract
In this research the flora of The Research Forest of Faculty of Forestry, University of Istanbul was studied and according to The Red Data Book of Turkish Plants, the IUCN threat categories of plants were explained. In The Research Forest a total of 355 taxa, which belong to 71 families and 238 generas, were determined. With 5 endemic taxa the percentage of endemizm is low. According to The Red Data Book, Lathyrus undulatus Boiss. which is an endemic taxa, Sytnphytum tuberosum L. subsp. nodosum (Schur) Soo, Lilium martagon L. and Ferrulago confusa Velen are vulnerable.
Özet
Bu araştırmada İstanbul Üniversitesi Orman Fakültesi Araştırma Ormanının Florası saptanarak Türkiye bitkileri kırmızı listesine göre tehlike durumları ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonunda Araştırma ormanında 71 familya ve 238 cinse ait toplam 355 taksonun tespiti yapılmıştır. Ormanın endemizm oranı düşük olup toplam endemik takson sayısı 5 dir. Endemik bitkilerden sadece Lathyrus undulatus, diğer bitkilerden ise Symphytum tuberosum L. subsp. nodosum, Lilium martagon, ve Ferrulago confusa orta vadede tehlike altında bulunmaktadır.
