Hospital Ergonomics

Abstract

In the formation of the occupational pain and diseases related to health- care workers, not only the principles of prevention and posture but also environmental ergonomic factors play a significant role. Therefore, one of the most important precautions be taken in a hospital environment is to create an ergonomic patient care system, which improves the quality of life for the patients and health professionals, compatible with the physi- cal, social and psychological characteristics of human beings. The quality of assurance, psychology, sociology and communication sciences related with human factors should be developed in compliance with the health care system

Özet

Sağlık çalışanlarıyla ilgili mesleki ağrı ve hastalıkların oluşumunda postür ve korunma prensiplerine dikkat edilmemesinin yanında ergonomik faktörlerin de rolü büyüktür. Bu yüzden hastane ortamında hasta ve sağlık çalışanlarının yaşam kalitesini artırmak için fiziksel, sosyal ve psikolojik karakteristikler ile uyumlu bir ergonomik hasta bakım sistemi oluşturulmalı, insan faktörleri ile ilişkili kalite güvencesi, psikoloji, sosyoloji ve iletişim bilimlerinin sağlık sistemine olan uyumu geliştirilmelidir.
