Abstract
Juvenile localized scleroderma is usually considered a disease that is confined to the skin and subcutaneous tissue and of a benign, and self-limiting nature. However, the course of the disease is unpredictable and severe functional and cosmetic disability may result. The intense sclerotic changes in the skin, underlying tissues lead to pronounced joint contractures and deformity. This report presents one rare case of 14- year- old female patient with linear scleroderma in the light of a brief review of literature with classical clinical findings and the treatment of the patient.

Bu olguda lineer skleroderma tanısı alan 14 yaşındaki kız hastanın klinik bulguları ve tedavisi literatür incelemeleri eşliğinde sunulmuştur.
