Total Hindgut Duplication Associated With Incomplete Bladder Duplication: A Rare Case

Abstract

Gastrointestinal system duplications, are rare and congenital anomalies which may occur in place from oropharenx to anus. In generally they are spherical cystic that found in ileum. Hindgut duplication including colon and ileum aswell as the bladder are extremely rare. It is found more commonly in males than in females. A review of the literature revealed rare reported patients with the same condition. These congenital clinical abnormalities are sometimes asymptomatic and may be diagnosed late so the presence of complex duplications have fascinated most lay clinicians. Surgical treatment of this patients must specialized to the case. The present study describes a 16 months male diagnosed and treated due to duplication of the hindgut associated with incomplete duplication of the bladder.

Özet

Sindirim kanalı duplikasyonları, ağızdan anüse dek herhangibir yerde görülebilen nedeni tam olarak bilinmeyennadir doğumsal bozukluklardır. Çoğunlukla ileumda yeralırlar ve sıklıkla kistik yapıdadırlar. Arkabarsak duplikasyonunamesane duplikasyonunun eşlik etmesi ise oldukçanadirdir ve literatürde az sayıda olgu bildirilmiştir.Erkeklerde kızlara oranla sık görülmektedir. Tanı yaşıdeğişken olup genellikle yaşamın ilk yaşlarında ya da farkedilemeyip daha geç dönemde saptanır.Duplikasyonlar cerrahi tedavisi her olguya özel tasarlanmasıgereken doğumsal anomalilerdendir. Bu çalışmadakliniğimizde takip ve tedavisi yapılan, tam arkabarsak duplikasyonuve tam olmayan mesane duplikasyonunun birliktebulunduğu 16 aylık erkek bir olgu sunulmaktadır.
