What should being to prevent of pain, echymosis and heamotoma in subcutaneous heparin injections?

Abstract
Today, subcutaneous heparin injections are commonly used for a variety of treatments. After the subcutaneous heparin injections, ecchymosis, haematoma occurence and pain are the most common complications. In this article, the factors which is effective on the development of the complications occured after administering heparin injection, and the studies concerning to the subject were examined.
Özet
Günümüzde subkütan heparin enjeksiyonu çeşitli tedavilerde yaygın bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Subkütan heparin enjeksiyonundan sonra ekimoz, hematom ve ağrı gelişimi en yaygın komplikasyonlardandır. Bu makalede heparin enjeksiyonundan sonra ortaya çıkan komplikasyonların oluşumunda etkili olan etmenler ve bu konuda yapılmış çalışmalar gözden geçirilmiştir.
