Three Factors Directing the Decision Mechanisms of Individual in Turkey: The Religion, the State and the Democracy

Abstract

Politization is the phenomenon that can materialize with the individuation. The human which is zoon politikon emerges as the most important footstep on the way to be the political animal of human. In this meaning, the near political history of Turkey testifies the pain experiences of the individuation in the political environment. Turkey that inherits from all parts of The Ottoman empire, has continued to the political reforms and has endeavored to modernize itself. The passing to the multi-party life is the one of the most important footsteps in this process. That the traditional and modern values effect the decision mechanisms of the individual is exhibited in the study. In the study in question, ıt is expressed that religion and the state are the traditional values and the democracy is the modern value. In the last times, in the virtue of new constitution that is endeavored to be written, the power signs of the constructive contributions are seen in the context of the individuation and the human rights.

Özet

Siyasallaşma, bireyselleşme ile mümkün olan bir olgudur. İnsanın toplumsal canlı olması,onun siyasal bir varlık olması yolunda en önemli adım olarak karşımıza çıkar. Bu manada, Türkiye’nin yakın siyasi tarihi, siyasal ortamda bireyselleşmenin acı tecrübelerine tanıklık etmektedir.Osmanlı’nın her açıdan mirasçısı olan Türkiye, Osmanlı döneminde başlayan siyasal reformlaradevam etmekte ve bu konuda kendini yenilemeye çalışmaktadır. Çok partili hayata geçme, busüreçte en önemli adımlardan biridir. Geleneksel ve modern değerlerin bireyin karar mekanizmalarına etki ettiği çalışmada ortaya konmaktadır. Söz konusu çalışmada, din ve devletin gelenekseldeğerler, demokrasinin ise modern değer olduğu ifade edilmektedir. Son zamanlarda, yazılmayaçalışılan yeni anayasa ile birlikte, bireyselleşme ve insan hakları bağlamında yapıcı katkıların güçlü işaretleri, görülmektedir.
