Hypopigmented mycosis fungoides

Abstract
Hypopigmented mycosis fungoides is a rare variant of mycosis fungoides. This variant is characterized by earlyonset, occurence in dark-skinned individuals and good response to therapy. Herein we report a 41-year-old patientwith hypopigmented mycosis fungoides. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis. The patient wastreated with PUVA three times a week, and his lesions disappeared within four months.
Özet
Hipopigmente mikozis fungoides mikozis fungoidesin nadir bir tipidir. Bu tip, erken ya ta ba laması, esmer veyakoyu ten rengi olan ki ilerde görülmesi ve tedaviye iyi yanıt vermesi ile karakterizedir. Burada, tanısı histopatolojikolarak do rulanan hipopigmente mikozis fungoidesli 41 ya ında bir olgu sunduk. Haftada üç kez PUVA ile tedaviedilen hastanın lezyonları, dört ay içinde kayboldu.
