Abstract
Diagnosis of mycotic infections can not always be made with culture or histology. In such situations, immunologic procedures can be used to diagnose the infection. Immunologic procedures can provide detection of antibody and antigen and identification of fungi. In this paper; serodiagnostic tests, fluorescent antibody and exoantigen tests used in the diagnosis of fungal diseases are presented.
Özet
Mantar infeksiyonlarının tanısı her zaman kültür ya da histoloji ile konulamayabilmektedir. Böyle durumlarda immünolojik ve serolojik işlemler infeksiyonun tanısında kullanılabilir. Immunolojk işlemler antikor ve antijen saptamasını ve mantarın identifkasyonunu sağlayabilmektedir. Bu derlemede; mikoz tanısında kullanılan serolojik testler, floresan antikor (FA) ve ekzoantijen testlerinden sözedilmiiştir.
