Abstract

Encephalitic toxoplasmosis was diagnosed in a 30-year-old, immunocompetent female patient with complaints of fever, hemiparalysis, facial paralysis and disphasia. The diagnosis was reached through computerized tomography, seroiogic tests and histopathological examination of brain biopsy. .

Özet

Ateş, kol ve bacakta kuvvet kaybı, fasiyal paralizi, konuşma güçlüğü gibi yakınmaları olan 30 yaşındaki immunokompetan kadın hastada komputerize tomografi (CT), serolojik inceleme ve beyin biyopsisinin histopatoiojik incelemesi sonucu serebral toksoplazmoz tanısı konuldu.
