Abstract

In 90 patients undergoing hemodialysis the presence of cytomegalovirus (CMV) IgG and IgM was investigated by ELISA. Seropositivity of CMV IgG and CMV IgM were 85.6 % and 3.3 %, respectively. There was no correlation between the number of hemodialysis and seropositivity.

Özet

Hemodiyaliz uygulanan 90 hastada ELISA ile Sitomegalovirus (CMV) IgG ve IgM seropozitifliği araştırıldı. CMV IgG seropozitifliği % 85.6, CMV IgM seropozitifliği ise % 3.3 olarak bulundu. Hemodiyalize giriş sayısı ile seropozitiflik arasında bir ilişki görülmedi.
