Abstract

The severity of disinfectant effect of benzalkonium chloride, glutaraldehid and chlorhexidin on Brucella abortus S99 was measured by Rideal Walker Phenol Index method. The studied concentrations of benzalkonium chloride, gluta-raldehid and chlorhexidin were found to have significant antiseptic effect on B. abortus S99.

Özet

Brucella abortus S99 üzerine benzalkonium klorit, glutaraldehit ve klorheksidinin dezenfektan etki şiddeti Rideal Walker Fenol indeks yöntemiyle ölçülmüştür. Benzalkonium klorit, glutaraldehit ve klorheksidinin uygulanan yoğunluklarda Brucella abortus S99 üzerine anlamlı antiseptik etkileri saptanmıştır.
