Gianotti-Crosti sendromunda kemik iliği hipoplazisi

Abstract
A 3-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital with one week history of erythematous, papular eruptions mainly on the limbs. Hepatomegaly, elevation of aminotransferase activities, pancytopenia and hypoplasia of bone marrow were observed. She was diagnosed as Gianotti-Crosti syndrome with positive hepatitis B serology, anicteric hepatitis and characteristic eruptions. The case was presented because of its interesting combination with transient bone marrow inhibition.

Üç yaşındaki kız hasta bir hafta önce başlayan alt ve üst ekstremitelerde belirgin olan eritematöz papuler döküntüler nedeni ile getirildi. Hepatosplenomegali, karaciğer fonksiyon testlerinde bozukluk, periferik kan tablosunda pansitopeni ve kemik iliğinde hipoplazi saptandı. Pozitif hepatit B serolojisi, anikterik hepatit ve karakteristik döküntüleri ile Gianotti-Crosti sendromu tanısı alan olguda geçici kemik iliği inhibisyonunun tabloya eşlik etmesi ile ilginç bulunarak sunuldu.
