Abstract

Tuberculosis is one of the most important infections in Turkey. Different clinic features can cause difficulties in the diagnosis. In this paper, a late diagnosed tuberculosis in a 29-year-old male accompanied with a recurrent diffuse subcutaneous abscess, right psoas abscess, different locations of osteomyelitis and arthritis on right hip joint is presented.

Özet

Tüberküloz Türkiye için çok büyük sorun oluşturan infeksiyon hastalıklarından biridir. Farklı klinik tablolar tanı güçlüğüne yol açabilir. Bu yazıda, tekrarlayan yaygın subkutan yerleşimli apse, sağ psoas apsesi, üç ayrı osteomiyelit odağı ve osteomiyelit ve sağ kalça ekleminde artrit ile seyreden ve geç tanı konulan tüberkülozlu 29 yaşında bir erkek hasta sunulmuştur.
