Abstract
Aspergillus species are widely distributed in the natural enviroment. Invasive aspergillosis may occur in patients with deficiency of polymorphonuclear leukocyte function such as chronic granulomatous disease (CGD). Herein, a 4-year-old male case of CGD who had received the prediagnosis of retinoblastoma because of retroorbital cellulites and granuloma formation due to Aspergillus fumigatus is presented.
