Abstract
Recombinant DNA technology refers to the transfer of a gene from one organism into another organism. These molecules can then be introduced into bacteria, yeasts or other cells where they can replicate and function. Large quantities of highly purified protein can be produced for clinical use thorough this technology.

Rekombinant DNA teknolojisi, bir genin bir organizmadan diğerine transferidir. Oluşan rekombinant DNA molekülü bakteri, mantar veya diğer hücrelere aktarılarak replike olur ve fonksiyon gösterir. Bu teknoloji ile klinik kullanım için bol miktarda ve saf protein elde edilebilir.
