Abstract
Household debt is coming to the forefront as a manifestation of a background determinated by the depression process of world capitalism. The consumer credit bubble and the pressure on wages are going hand in hand and these two phenomenon forces the working classes to pay the bill of crisis.

Dünya kapitalizminin içinden geçmekte olduğu depresyonun arka planını belirlediği bir çerçeve Levent Dölek*içerisinde hanehalkı borçluluğu bir kriz tezahürü olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Tüketici kredilerinin aşırı şişkinliği ile ücretlerin baskılanması el ele yürümekte ve bu iki olgu krizin yükünün emekçi sınıfların üzerine yıkılması sonucunu doğurmaktadır.
