Clinical characteristics of patients with ankylosing spondylitis

Abstract
80 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were interviewed and examined in accordance with sex, age, the age of onset, the duration of the disease and the localisation of involved joints. In addition to musculoskeletal symptoms, some of the patients had evidence of a variety of compli¬cations, neurologically and systemically. The results were compared with recent reports in the li¬terature.

Ankilozan Spondilitli Hastaların Klinik Özellikleri Ankilozun spondilitli 80 hasta cinsiyet, yaş, hastalık süresi ve eklem lokalizasyonları yönün¬den değerlendirildi. Hastaların bir kısmı kas-iskelet sistemi septomlanna ilaveten nörolojik ve sis-temik komplikasyonlara sahipti. Sonuçlar literatür bilgileri ile karşılaştırıldı.
