Abstract

In this study, the general outlines of civil procedure code are taken up which came into force on 1st October 2011. Especially, it is intended to focus on the institutions which is newly added and the differances between two codes of civil procedure.

1 Ekim 2011 tarihinde yürürlüğe giren 6100 sayılı Hukuk Muhakemeleri Kanunu’nun genel hatları ile inceleneceği bu çalışmada, medeni yargılama hukukunda meydana gelen değişiklikler ile hukukumuza yeni eklenen kurumlar üzerinde durulması amaçlanmıştır.
