There are “The Avarız Notebooks” according to the 17th century among the archive documentscotaining the important information in our social and economic life.In “The Avarız Notebooks” according to 1643, there is the important information about the populationand the administrative structure of the Erzincan city.

Sosyal ve iktisadi hayatımızla ilgili önemli bilgiler içeren arşiv belgeleri arasında XVII. yüzyıla ait "Avarız Defterleri" bulunmaktadır. 1643 tarihli Avarız Defteri'nde Erzincan Şehrinin nüfusu ve idaresi hakkında önemli bilgiler bulunmaktadır
