Abstract
This article examines the Craft House opened by the Women Branch of the Ottoman Red Crescent Association and presents the contribution of this organization to provide employment and food for thousands of women and children, who became immigrants after the Balkan Wars.
Özet
Bu çalışma İstanbul'da açılan Hilâl-i Ahmer Cemiyeti Hanımlar Merkezi'nin açtığı Dâr-ussanâ'a müessesini inceleyerek, bu müessesenin Balkan Savaşları sonunda muhacir durumuna düşen binlerce kadın ve çocuğa iş ve aş karşılanması konusunda başarılı çalışmalar yürüttüğünü tespit etmektedir.
