Abstract
This article examines the life and services of Mustafa Abdülhalik Renda in the bureaucracy and politics of the late Ottoman Empire and the early Turkish republic and shows that Renda made great contributions to the establishment and development of the Turkish republic

Bu makale Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun son dönemi ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin ilk yıllarında bürokrasinin ve siyasetin çeşitli kademelerinde görev yapmış Mustafa Abdülhalik Renda'nın hayatını ve hizmetlerini inceleyerek Cumhuriyetin kurulup gelişmesinde önemli katkıları olduğunu tespit etmektedir
