Abstract

This study examines the law that shut down the People's Houses and allowed the confiscation of Republican People's Party's properties and argues that the main goal of the ruling Democrat Party was not the return of public properties to the state but to weaken the Republican People's Party

Bu çalışma Halkevleri'ni kapatarak Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi mallarının müsaderesine izin veren kanun ile ilgili tartışmaları inceleyerek, Demokrat Parti'nin ana amacının kamu mallarının kamuya iade edilmesi değil ana muhalefet partisinin zayıflatılması olduğu tezini savunmaktadır
