Ramadan Months and the Ramadan Feasts in Trabzon During the Turkish Independence War as Reflected in the İstikbal Newspaper

Abstract
This article examines the articles of the Trabzon-based local newspaper İstikbal in the Muslim holy month of Ramadan and Ramadan Eid during the years of the Turkish Independence War and evaluates the impact of its publications on the people. Article argues that the publications of newspaper during the Muslim holy month spritually strengthened and united the people of Trabzon.

Makale İstikbal Gazetesi'nin Ramazan ayı ve bayramlarındaki yayınları ile Millî Mücadele yıllarında halkı manevi olarak kenetlendirdiğini tespit etmektedir.
