Abstract
This trial was carried out to investigate the contents of total pentosan of broiler and layer diets produced some compound feed mill in Izmir. In trial three compound feed mill were investigated. The differences among the diets produced compound feed mill with regard to total pentosans were found not significant (P>0.05). The contents of total pentosan of broiler starter diets varied between 4.35+1.02% and 5.44+0.60%. The contents of total pentosan of broiler finisher diets varied between 5.69± 1.30% and 5.90±1.20%. But, the contents of total pentosan layer diets varied 6.05+1.90% and 6.19±1.65%.
Özet
Bu çalışma izmir'de bazı yem fabrikalarında üretilen etlik piliç ve yumurta tavuğu karma yemlerinin toplam pentozan içeriklerini saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır.Çalışmada üç yem fabrikası incelenmiştir. Toplam pentozan içerikleri bakımından karma yem fabrikalarında üretilen yemler arasındaki farklılıklar istatistiksel olarak önemsizbulunmuştur (P>0.05). Etlik civciv yemlerinin toplam pentozan içerikleri % 4.35±1.02 ile % 5.44±0.60 arasında değişirken, etlik piliç yemlerinin toplam pentozan içerikleri ise % 5.69±1.30 ile % 5.9O±1.2O arasında değişmiştir. Buna karşın, yumurta tavuğu yemlerinin toplam pentozan içerikleri ise % 6.05±l .90 ile % 6.19±1.65 arasında değişmiştir.
