Contamination the expanding of seteria spp. in Bursa province cattle

Abstract

This study was carried out at 11 slauterhouse in Bursa and Bursa's nine ditstrictsi the period from October 1993 through April 1995. Each slauterhouse was visited every three month period and one cattle was examined after slautering every visiting time. At this study was examined first eyes, second periton surface and then all intestine tracts this study was conducted on 55 cattle and identified total y 11 Seteria cervi at seven cattle. Percentage of infection was 12.72% these nematods were three female and eight male. Examing the eyes and intestine any paraziter hadn' t seen.

Özet

Bu çalışma Ekim 1993-Nisan 1995 tarihleri arasında Bursa iline bağlı dokuz ilçe ve il merkezine bağlı iki belde mezbahalarında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Her bir mezbahaya ortalama üçer aylık periyodlarla gidilerek her defasında bir adet sığır kesimden sonra muayene edilmiştir. Araştırmada önce gözler, sonra periton yüzeyi daha sonrada tüm barsaklar muayene edilmiştir. İncelenen 55 sığırdan yedi tanesinin peritonunda toplam 11 adet Seteria cervi tesbit edilmiş olup enfeksiyon oranı % 12.72'dir. Bunlardan üç tanesi dişi, sekiz tanesi erkek nematoddur. Göz ve barsak muayenelerinde parazite rastlanılmamıştır.
