Pansitopeni ile karakterize bir sistemik lupus eritematozus olgusu

Abstract
The patient who had fever, cough, fatigue weight loss and pancytopenia was investigated because of the possibility of one autoimmun disorder and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus was diagnosed. The case was presented since pancytopenia as rare as %5 in this disorder.
Özet
Ateş, öksürük, halsizlik, zayıflama yakınmaları olan ve pansitopeni saptanması üzerine otoimmün bir hastalık olasılığı yönünden incelenen hastaya Sistemik Lupus Eritematozus (SLE) tanısı kondu. Pansitopeninin bu hastalıkta %5 gibi çok az bir oranda görülmesi nedeniyle olgu sunuldu.
