Celiac disease with coagulation disorderis (A case report)

Abstract
The patient who had applied to internal medicine out patient clinic of our hospital because of complaints of weakness, fast tireness and echimoses in her body, that she had treated for iron deficiency anemia occasionally through 15 years. After lots of invastigations, we diagnosed that the patient had "Celiac Disease". This disease that has otoimmun and familial features and cause malabsorption by the result of taking wheat and some grain products, is overviewed again in the light of literatures.

Halsizlik, çabuk yorulma ve vücudunda oluşan ekimozlar nedeniyle hastanemiz dahiliye polikliniğine başvuran, 15 yıldır zaman zaman demir eksikliği anemisi tedavisi gören hastada yapılan tetkikler sonucu Çölyak Hastalığı tanısı konmuştur. Buğday ve bazı tahıl ürünlerinin alımı sonucu malabsorbsiyon tablosunun geliştiği otoimmün ve ailesel özellikli bu hastalık literatür ışığında tekrar gözden geçirilmiştir.
