Internal laryngocele: A case report

Abstract
Laryngocele is an unusual laryngeal disease caused by an abnormal dilatation of the laryngeal saccule. Magnetic resonance imaging is the most useful radiological method at the diagnosing, treating and typing of laryingocel and specifying of anatomic extension, complication and researching the existance of neoplasm. Magnetic resonance imaging findings of laringocel case, which caused the hardness of breath and hoarseness have been submitted at this study.
Özet
Laringosel, laringeal sakkülün kistik dilatasyonu ile seyreden nadir bir hastalıktır. Manyetik rezonans görüntüleme laringoselin tanı, tedavi, tiplendirme, anatomik uzanımının belirlenmesi, komplikasyon ve neoplazm varlığının araştırılmasında en faydalı radyolojik yöntemdir. Bu çalışmada ses kısıklığı ve solunum zorluğuna neden olan laringosel olgusunun manyetik rezonans görüntüleme bulguları sunulmuştur.
