Abstract
Primary lymphoma of the breast is rarely seen, representing 2.2% of all extranodal lymphomas. Clinical or radiological features are similar to those of breast cancer, whereas the more rapid growth and absence of nipple discharge or retraction characterize the development of a lymphoma. It appears to be different from that of extranodal NHL at other sites because of its rapid progression and worse prognosis. Although there is a conflict in the management, combination of treatment modalities are more commonly preferred options. Here, we present our experiences in a patient with primary breast lymphoma.
