Özet
Renal Anjiomyolipom (AML) nadir görülen benign bir tümördür. Genellikle asemptomatik seyreder ve küçük bo-tehdit eder boyutta ve acil operasyon gerektirecek boyuttolabilir. Sağ yan ağrısı şikayeti ile hastanemiz acil polikliniğine başvuran 75 yaşındaki bayan hastanın fizik muayenesinde sağ lomber bölgede ele gelen kitle ve batın tomografisinde sağ böbrekte rüptüre anjiomyolipom saptanarak acil olarak operasyona alındı. Yapılan acil laporatomide renal anjiomyolipomun spontan rüptürünün sebep olduğu retroperitoneal hemoraji saptanarak sağ basit nefrektomi yapıldı. Histolojik incelemeyle renal anjiomyolipomun kanamaya sebep olduğu doğrulandı.
