Rare complications seen sequentialy during warfarin therapy

Abstract
Although bleeding is the most seriouscomplication of oral anticoagulant treatment,epidural hemotoma and hemothorax areextremely rare. In this case, we want toreport rare sequential complications (spinalepidural hematoma, hemothorax andintraalveolar hemoragia) in a patient with amechanical aortic valve taking warfarin.
Özet
Oral antikoagülan tedavinin en sıkkomplikasyonu kanama olmasına rağmenepidural hematom ve hemotoraks gelişimioldukça nadirdir. Bu olguda; yapay aort kapağınedeniyle warfarin kullanan bir hastadagözlediğimiz nadir ardışık komplikasyonları(Spinal epidural hematom, hemotoraks veintraalveoler hemoraji) sunmak istedik.Anahtar Kelimeler: Warfarin, epiduralhematom, hemotoraks, intraalveolerhemoraji
