Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to investigate the performance of Precise Point Positioning (PPP) method depending on observation duration using GPS and GPS/GLONASS data. For this purpose, 30-day consecutive 24-hour (daily) RINEX data of three points from the IGS network, where is low (equatorial), medium and high (polar) latitude regions, are used. 24-hour RINEX data for each point are divided into 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and 12-hour segments. Then, the entire data set of both only GPS and GPS/GLONASS measurements were processed using CSRS-PPP web-based online software. Results of GPS-PPP and GPS/GLONASS-PPP in terms of both measurement accuracy and repeatability is evaluated and interpreted with a comparative approach.
