The cosine integral and the commutative neutrix convolution

Abstract

The cosine integral Ci$(lambda x)$ and its associated functions Ci+ $(lambda x)$ and Ci- $(lambda x)$ are defined as locally summable functions on the real line and some neutrix convolution products of these functions and other functions are then found.
